SWEARING IN CEREMONY OF THE NOMINATED COUNTY ASSEMBLY AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Bomet County Assembly Speaker Hon. Cosmas Korir  presided over the swearing in ceremony of the nominated Members of the County Assembly Audit Committee. The members are Mr. Geoffrey Kipng'etich Kurgat, Mr. Stanley Maritim, Mr. Peter Kibet Kitur and Principal Clerk Assistant, Veronica Waweru.Speaking during the ceremony, the Speaker underscored the crucial role the committee plays in the functioning of the Assembly. He promised that the Assembly will accord them the necessary support needed in discharging their duties. He encouraged them to come up with a work plan to run the operations within their docket.Present during the ceremony were the County Assembly Clerk Mr. Isaac Kitur and County Assembly service board members Hon. Wesley Kiprotich, Hon. Juliana Yegon, Hon. Anne Chepkemoi and Mr. Jonathan Soi. They encouraged the members to embrace teamwork while discharging their duties.
